Appointment Cancellation
Customers are requested to inform us at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This helps us manage our schedules efficiently and serve other clients better.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or failure to attend the appointment without prior notice may result in a cancellation charge.
In such cases, the cancellation amount will be adjusted against the next booked service and will not be refunded in cash.
Refund Policy
- Advance payments made for services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
- Refunds are applicable only if the service is cancelled by Looks Divine Unisex Salon and Academy due to unavoidable circumstances.
- Any approved refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Service Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with a service, please inform us immediately during or after the session. Our team will make reasonable efforts to address your concern. Refunds are not provided for fully completed services.

All discounted packages, offers, and promotional services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Home Service Cancellation
For beauty services at home, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior.
If our professional reaches your location and the service is cancelled, applicable charges may apply, and the amount will be adjusted against a future service booking.
